We are looking for a professional with more than 5 years of experience in software development and at least 2 years leading teams.Must have experience in the design and implementation of scalable architectures and in project management with business stakeholders.Mentoring and technical leadership skills, excellent communication and strategic decision making.Experience in fintech, payment processing and knowledge of sector regulations will be an advantage.

Required technical knowledge: Backend with Node.js (experience in APIs and JavaScript ecosystem), Strapi, PostgreSQL;Frontend with React.js and UI management with Chakra UI;State management (Context API, Zustand, Redux).Infrastructure and DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), Docker, CI/CD, Nginx;Agile methodologies.

Leadership skills: effective communication, team management, technical decision making, problem solving and ability to work in collaboration with business and technology areas.

At Cumplo we connect SMEs seeking financing with investors and institutions willing to invest in their projects.We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead the strategy and technological execution of the assigned cores, ensuring scalability, quality and alignment with business objectives.The team works closely with Product Owners, Infrastructure and Security teams, and other business areas to deliver robust and secure solutions that drive platform growth and user experience.You will be part of a growing Fintech organization, with a focus on innovation, security and regulatory compliance, and you will have the opportunity to influence key technical decisions, select technologies and define architectures that support our operations and future requirements.

• Motivate, align and manage the team with the Cumplo culture, promoting commitment, values and performance to achieve goals.
• Define and evolve the software architecture in coordination with other Tech Leads and the infrastructure team, seeking scalable and secure solutions.
• Actively participate in software development, ensuring good practices, code quality and reviews (code reviews, PR reviews).
• Manage prioritization with ProductOwners, plan developments and distribute tasks efficiently among the team.
• Guide and mentor developers, resolving blockages, promoting technical growth and encouraging continuous improvement.
• Guarantee the implementation of agile processes and methodologies, with punctual deliveries and consistent quality in production.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of applications and services, identifying and solving production incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security standards,regulations and good development practices.
• Define and evolve the software architecture in coordination with Tech Leads and Infrastructure and Security teams.
• Participate in the selection of new technologies and tools, evaluating their impact and viability on ongoing projects.
• Manage critical incidents and continuity management to minimize operational impacts.
• Participate in strategic meetings with CTO and other leaders to align the technological vision with the objectives.
• Document key technical decisions, ensuring traceability and future reference for architectural and methodological changes.

Knowledge in Django (ORM, DRF) and experience in fintech ecosystems.Previous participation in systems integration, API security and regulatory compliance projects.Experience in managing remote or distributed teams and the ability to work in a highly demanding and constantly changing environment.
