Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Developer (Contractor) with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing, developing, and delivering scalable backend systems with strong ownership and technical expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Python applicationsArchitect and implement RESTful APIs and microservicesLead backend development initiatives and provide technical guidancePerform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practicesOptimize application performance, scalability, and securityCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product)Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutionsContribute to system architecture and technical decision-makingTechnical Skills RequiredStrong proficiency in Python (5+ years of hands-on experience)Expertise in frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPIStrong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architectureExperience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMExperience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflowsExperience with Docker and containerizationFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of system design principles
