We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with proven experience in end-to-end application development.Proficiency in Python in backend is required, ideally in production environments, and solid experience developing interfaces in ReactJS.You must have knowledge of the Retail world and experience in ecommerce or retail media projects.Experience with FastAPI (and/or Django), knowledge of Node.js (NestJS) as part of the backend stack, and experience in microfrontends or modular frontend architectures is an advantage.Experience in ETL processes and Big Data platforms, work with monorepos (NX) and CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments is expected.Basic level of English for reading technical documentation.

WiTi is a company that accompanies large retail holding companies in the implementation of omnichannel solutions based on data and audiences.This role is part of a media retail unit focused on segmentation products and audiences for multiple countries in the region.You will work with business, data and engineering teams to power products that connect brands with millions of customers through data-driven advertising platforms, with a focus on scalability and performance.

• Design, develop and maintain backend services in Python, exposing scalable and robust APIs (FastAPI; experience in Django desirable).
• Develop frontend interfaces in ReactJS, with possible experience in modern architectures such as microfrontends.
• Model and operate SQL and NoSQL databases, guaranteeing data integrity, performance and quality.
• Collaborate on ETL flows and Big Data solutionsto build audiences and advanced targeting.
• Participate in architectural decisions using monorepos with NX (PolyRepo experience desirable).
• Work with Docker containers and orchestration with Kubernetes to deploy and operate in production.
