Technical skills:
- +5 years of experience in full stack development
- Proficiency in React, Python, Django/Flask and SQL
- Knowledge in serverless architecture and microservices
- Experience in CI/CD, Docker and agile environments
Soft skills: leadership in decision making (not formal team leader),strong communication, ability to connect with stakeholders, understand requirements;supports and collaborates with the Project Manager.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack web applications, ensuring quality, scalability and good practices.
- Design software architecture and integrate services and APIs necessary for the product.
- Actively participate in the construction and evolution of the digital product.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Support the Project Manager in technical and product decisions.
- Act as a technical reference.to analyze, validate and define solutions.
- Exercise technical leadership from influence (without direct team management).
- Get involved with social purpose, providing solutions with impact in rural communities.

- Hybrid work: on-site 2 days per week at RutopÃa’s office in Coyoacán, Mexico City
