We are a startup with 7 years of experience in the market, we are profitable and growing more than 300% YoY. We have operations in Peru and Mexico.
Our team works with cutting-edge technologies such as Python, Vue, microservices and containers to deliver top-notch services to our customers. We are always on the lookout for talented and skilled developers who are passionate about technology and want to make a difference in the world of finance.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in backend development using Python and related frameworks such as Django.
- Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with containerization and container orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
- Proficiency in using Git and related tools such as GitHub or GitLab for version control and collaboration.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems using Python and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of applications to ensure quality and reliability.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing systems for maximum performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development and apply them to improve the product and infrastructure.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain applications in containers and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly and proactively.
