ZiYU is a company focused on software development for the logistics industry.As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Implementation Project Manager, who will be responsible for leading implementation projects of our technological solutions in clients in the logistics and transportation sector.

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating internal and external teams, managing the progress of the projects and ensuring a correct implementation of the solutions for clients.

• 3+ years of verifiable experience in full stack web development.
• Proficiency in Python/Django and a frontend framework (React or Vue).
• Mastery of sprint methodology
• Solid management of Git
• Work with SQL/PostgreSQL.

• Carry out software planning, scoping, design, development and testing with cell members, with the aim of achieving new product capabilities until continuous delivery to production.
• Collaborate on development with the product, design, front-end and back-end teams, with the aim of achieving the best software solutions and optimizing the development process.
• Collaborate to apply engineering and architecture practices (Tech Rules) in all developments, withthe objective of building products of high technical quality, easy to maintain and extend over time.
• Design and develop documentation for third parties' understanding of the work carried out in the software (diagrams, pseudocode, etc.), representing the sequence of activities of new and existing processes and systems.
• Participate as a liaison with the off-shore team and clients, to resolve technical dependencies, problems and risks.
• Collaborate on proof of concept projects, with the aim of exploring newarchitectures and solutions.
• Analyze, propose and implement solutions to production problems based on best practices, with the aim of achieving continuous improvement and monitoring of the products built by the cells, as well as a rapid response to possible production failures.

• Experience with multi-tenant / multi-environment systems or products segmented by client.
• Experience in the logistics sector or in operations systems.
• Integrations with Jira (API, automations) and management tools.
• Management of asynchronous tasks (Celery or similar) and auditing/traceability.
• Experience serving clients in Chile andPeru.
