Generally and roughly simplified, it is a requirement that you have worked at least 1 year if you are a developer, 2 years if you are an Interaction Designer and 3 years if your role is in management!

We have had projects where several of our consultants went down to Laos to build a micro-economy in the middle of the jungle. We have held development courses in socially vulnerable areas and distributed food to the homeless.
