Jetlend is an investment platform in the crowdlending industry created by people from Sberbank, Sberbank CIB and Oliver Wyman. No. 1 in the Russian market (in terms of loan portfolio). We are developing an online platform for lending to small and medium-sized businesses directly by individuals, legal entities and institutional investors. It is difficult for small and medium-sized businesses to get a loan from a bank, and the yield for investors on deposits, stocks and bonds is falling. We solve both problems. In November 2020, we closed our Series A investment round and started scaling. In 2021, they increased by more than 5 times. In 2022, we plan to become market leaders. Technology: • Main stack: Python 3.8, Django + DRF, MySQL • Test coverage of the main part of the code (>75%), mandatory use of typing, no legacy code • Continuous Integration to automatically run tests, linters and mypy Responsibilities: • Refinement of the key components of the system: personal accounts, admin panel, mobile application, integration with external sources, notifications, etc. • Design and development of individual modules and functional parts. • Ensuring scalability and efficiency of solutions. • Integration with Frontend developers. • Code Review and receiving PR from other Backend Developers.
Requirements: Mandatory: • Good knowledge of Python 3.8, Django>=2.0, DRF • Experience with relational databases (MySQL), familiarity with NoSQL • Ability to write unit tests • Experience in industrial development in Python for at least 2 years • Experience with task queues (Celery) Desirable but optional: • Experience in processing large volumes of data • Ability to perform decomposition and adequate assessment of the task, to comply with the agreed deadlines • Familiarity with modern design, development and testing methodologies • Ability to work independently and in a team, interact with people Terms: • Possibility of relocation to the EU after 6 months of work in the company •Salary is determined based on the results of the final interview with the team leader •Completely remote work •Official employment and 100% white salary • Flexible working conditions, when the main thing is the result, not the fulfillment of formal requirements •Paid corporate trips of the entire team abroad 2 times a year • With regular (more than 3 months in a row) implementation of the plan - revision and increase in salary •Optional program for the best employees - the opportunity to get a share in the company
