On behalf of our client, we are now looking for you who want to work as a Junior Test Engineer in an international and innovative environment. We are looking for you who have recently graduated as a university engineer or civil engineer, and who are looking for an exciting first step in your career! In your role as a tester, you get the chance to work on problem solving and software testing together with others from the QA department. This means that you will be part of a team where you will initially receive a mentor who will act as a sounding board during your first time. In the position, you take a stand for quality in all parts of the development work. In other words, you become an important pillar in the development work of the company's exciting products. In the position, you will work in a Linux environment and in the MySQL database. We would like you to have programming skills in PHP, Python and JavaScript.

The position is a full-time assignment with access by appointment. You will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but leased to the company. It is an immediate start and the assignment is initially calculated for 12 months, with good chances of extension or over-recruitment to the company in question. You will work normal office hours, Monday-Friday.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We believe you have:

    Recently completed education as a university engineer or civil engineer
    Good knowledge and interest in programming, with a good chance to learn Python
    Relevant experience with Linux
    Some experience with GIT or similar version control systems
    Understanding of networks and their structure
    Good knowledge and understanding of computers and operating systems

Meritable experiences and skills:

    Experience with Python
    Analysis of TCP/IP protocols with Wireshark
    Knowledge of software testing
