Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities In this role, you will:• Collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers and software developers to implement solutions that are aligned with and extend shared platforms and solutions• Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques• Writes codes that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project• Understand performance parameters and assess application performance• Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice• Provide technical expertise in areas of design, and implementation.• Demonstrate awareness of industry trends and domain expertise Education QualificationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Technical ExpertiseA minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)Proven expertise (2+ years) in Python with Object Oriented experience, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework.Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, multi-process architecture, Python data structures, and Python packagingDebugging and unit testing skills using a well-known and accepted unit testing frameworkGood understanding of Database queriesKnowledge of Python frameworks (e.g: Flask, Django)Knowledge (2+ years) on RESTful API design and implementation Business Acumen• Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.• Understands the technology landscape, up to date on current technology trends and new technology, brings new ideas to the team.• Displays understanding of the project's value proposition for the customer.
