Description: Work on a central data platform that converts OT data into valuable insights. Build ETL pipelines, improve data quality and contribute to data-driven decision-making within the energy transition. You will work with modern tools such as Snowflake, AWS and Python in a committed engineering team.
What will you do?
You will work on our client's central OT data platform. This platform collects and processes data from various operational systems and makes it usable for the organization. You develop smart solutions that contribute to better insights and support of the energy transition.
You work together with engineers, a data architect and consultants to improve and expand the platform. You will be given space to think about technology, architecture and innovation within the data environment.
Your work
Designing, building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for OT data;
Improving data quality with checks, monitoring and alerts;
Adding business logic to the Snowflake data platform;
Collaborating with engineers, data architect and consultants;
Solving technical issues with scalable solutions;
Contribute to code reviews, documentation and quality of data and code.
What do you have in-house?
Experience with software development and principles such as clean code and testing;
Knowledge of Python, SQL and/or .NET for data processing;
Experience with data warehousing, preferably Snowflake;
Familiar with ETL/ELT processes and data integration;
Experience with Git and version management;
Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS;
Experience with Linux is an advantage.
