What you program helps healthcare and research further
At Prince Technologies you see your software in a tangible end product. Together with colleagues from development, engineering, production, service and quality control, you work on high-quality medical equipment and laboratory instruments.
You therefore not only work behind your screen, but also close to the product. You think about how an instrument should work, test the software in practice and implement improvements where necessary.
What you will do
You will design, develop, test and document software for high-tech medical equipment and laboratory instruments that are developed and built at our location in Emmen.
Our instruments use capillary electrophoresis. This technique separates and measures substances in small liquid samples, for example in blood, urine and other samples that are examined in laboratories.
So you don't write loose code without context. You immediately see what your software does in the test setup, the instrument and the way the machine moves, measures and responds. In this way you contribute to reliable equipment with which laboratories can deliver accurate test results.

You have knowledge of or affinity with our tech stack: - Embedded: C, STM32, CAN-bus and FreeRTOS - Backend: Python, FastAPI and RESTful APIs - Linux and version management: Buildroot Linux and SVN...
