Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives.Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days a week on-site. Basic Qualifications:Associate DegreeA minimum of 5 years of Experience in Python DevelopmentA minimum of 3 years of Experience with Oracle SQL DevelopmentA minimum of 3 years of Experience in Banking/Finance DomainsPreferred Qualifications:Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservicesKnowledge on frameworks like Django or FlaskWorking experience on version control tools like GITBachelor's DegreeCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
