About the challenge

At Agilistik we are building a new Company Sales platform. The challenge includes designing and developing a modern architecture based on APIs, microservices and modular components to support processes of:

Customer Management.
Quotes.
CRM and Opportunities.
Portering.
Business tracking.
Operational backoffice.
Transactional integrations.
Assisted sales and self-service B2B.
Migration of legacy processes.

We are not looking for a developer who only implements requirements. We are looking for engineers capable of:

Understanding complex business processes.
Analyzing existing platforms.
Discovering hidden business rules.
Designing architecture.
Building modern solutions.
Working autonomously.
Using AI to multiply your productivity.

What you will do

Participate in the modernization of a critical business platform.
Migrate processes currently implemented in Siebel.
Design APIs and microservices in Go.
Build internal platforms and backoffice.
Design integration models.
Implement progressive throttling patterns of legacy systems.
Participate in architecture definition and decisions techniques.
Build cloud-native solutions on GCP.
Work together with UX, Product and Architecture.
Use AI intensively for analysis, development and documentation.
