At BC Tecnología we manage portfolios, develop projects and offer outsourcing services and selection of professionals for clients in sectors such as financial services, insurance, retail and government. You will participate in strategic digital transformation initiatives for LATAM Airlines, a leading organization in the aeronautical industry, in an environment that combines remote work with occasional office presence. You will be part of the Architecture Management, collaborating in the definition of the business architecture and its evolution in the face of technological and business changes, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and governance standards.

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who actively participates in the evolution of digital platforms for the digitization of procedures. At BC Tecnología we work with agile methodologies and a focus on constant learning, collaboration and delivering value to the client.

Expected technical experience

Development of responsive web interfaces and PWA applications with Ionic and/or Angular.
Layout and components with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Bootstrap, considering accessibility and performance. Construction and maintenance of RESTful APIs and Web Services with Node.js and NestJS.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of services.
Development in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core and/or Python for complementary modules.
Database management SQL (e.g. SQL Server and/or Oracle). (GCP).
Use of repositories and development flow with GitLab and/or GitHub.
Application of Artificial Intelligence tools to assist in development (code generation/review, documentation and task automation).

Competences and way of working

Capacity of working as a team and collaborating closely with frontend, backend, DevOps and/or QA profiles.
Quality orientation: writing maintainable code, properly testing and respecting accessibility and user experience standards.
Responsibility and order: clear documentation, tracking of requirements and compliance with deliveries in agile cycles.
Proactivity to propose technical improvements and detect risks early.
Effective communication to align design and implementation decisions with the team and the client.
