As a Senior Backend Developer, you will work for our customers. in business challenges with a strong emphasis on back-end system development and architectural solutions. You are a hands-on developer who wants to code now and in the future, but you also have a vision of large application entities.

In your day-to-day work, you will be able to, among other things:
- Develop a wide variety of backend solutions and spar over the architectural guidelines of large applications and their justification both internally and externally.
- Design and implement REST and GraphQL interfaces with a deep grasp.
- To integrate various background systems (e.g. ERP, PIM, CRM) into business-critical entities.
- To develop high-quality Java and Spring Boot-based backend solutions.
- To utilize artificial intelligence as part of your technical development work and to constantly learn new AI tools and methods.
- To take care of the smooth implementation of CI/CD pipelines and test automation and to utilize cloud platforms (Azure & AWS).
- To spar team, to evaluate technical options and bring insight to guarantee high-quality code and sustainable backend systems.

We are looking for

- Extensive experience in developing various backend solutions and the desire to work as a hands-on developer now and in the future
- Understanding and insight into the architectural solutions of extensive applications and the ability to justify the selected solutions both internally and externally
- Deep knowledge of REST and GraphQL interfaces and experience in integrating various backend systems such as ERP, PIM and CRM into business-critical systems
- Strong experience in developing Java and Spring Boot-based backend solutions
- CI/CD pipelines and test automation are your everyday life
- Ability to use artificial intelligence in technical development work and a burning desire to learn more in that field
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills
- A suitable university degree in information technology or a similar field

We appreciate it if you have
- TypeScript/JavaScript (e.g. Node.js) and Python backend skills
- Experience with modern TypeScript/JavaScript-based frontend technologies and application frameworks such as React
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure and AWS
