Description: Conception d'agents IA : Vous identifiez les cas d'usage à fort potentiel et concevez l'architecture complète des agents (découpage des tâches, choix des outils, stratégie de raisonnement). ?Intégration & Gouvernance : Vous intégrez les agents dans l'écosystème produit en bâtissant la plateforme de gestion pour garantir robustesse, scalabilité et sécuritp>Évaluation & Monitoring : Vous construisez des frameworks d'évaluation pour mesurer la fiabilité et monitorez le comportement des agents en production avec les garde-fous nécessaires. ?Accompagnement & Adoption : Vous travaillez en lien étroit avec les équipes Tech & Data et accompagnez l'ensemble des collaborateurs dans l'adoption et la création autonome d'outils agentiques. ?Environnement technique : Vous évoluez dans un contexte agile en mobilisant Python, GCP, les LLM APIs, les frameworks d'orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI...) et le RAGp>
