Description: As an organizer of recruitment forums, Talents Handicap supports a large number of companies & organizations in France in their recruitment of employees with disabilities. Currently participating in one of our forums. The EDF company is currently looking for profiles: Cyclife Digital Solutions (www.cyclife-ds.com), a subsidiary of Cyclife (EDF group), specializes in digital technologies, digital transformation and improving the performance of organizations. Within our Digital Transformation Business Unit, we support industry players, and particularly those in the nuclear sector, in their organizational transformation projects, operational excellence, process digitalization and change management with various tools such as Artificial Intelligence. The role of AI Engineer, attached to the Digital Transformation BU, has the role of industrializing AI solutions (classic and generative) according to a collaborative work process with other players in the unit with LEAN, AMOA and PO skills. This team work will allow the emergence, framing, prototyping, development and finally change management of AI use cases. The first use cases will relate to technical documentation and maintenance history (RAG on EDM and CMMS).Main missions, responsibilities and specificities1Design and development of IA solutionsDesign and develop RAG systems on heterogeneous technical corpora: ingestion, adaptive division, embeddings, hybrid search, reclassification, filtering by metadata, citation of sources.Set up document extraction chains (scanned PDFs, tables, plans, OCR) and orchestrators combining documentary research and querying relational databases (maintenance histories). Build evaluation games and measure quality (recall, precision, hallucinations, citations) to adjust the system on real business corpora. Develop and evaluate ML and deep learning models adapted to industrial data (predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, vision). 2 Industrial integration of IAT solutions Work with the technical teams of Cyclife Digital Solutions and the group's subsidiaries to integrate the models into constrained environments (cybersecurity, availability, performance). Participate in the production and monitoring of deployed solutions (DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring), with transfer constraints to different architecture. Deploy and optimize the serving of LLMs with open weights (quantification, batching, GPU); structure data pipelines by guaranteeing their traceability and quality.3R&D and technological monitoringEnsuring active monitoring of generative models and AI frameworks applicable in critical industrial environments (GenAI, specialized LLMs, AI agents)Evaluating the technological maturity (TRL) of AI solutions and their compatibility with nuclear requirements (traceability, explainability, compliance).4Analysis and valorization of data industrialEnsure a veiTrainingBac +5 to Bac +8 (engineering school, university) in Data Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Computing or Nuclear Physics / modeling with AI specialization.Experience5 years minimum of experience in deploying AI solutions in an industrial context (energy, defense, aeronautics, health or nuclear).Experience in the processing of 3D, physical or sensor data (process sensors, digital twins, simulation) will be a appreciated asset. RAG experience in production and CMMS culture are appreciated. Technical skills Languages: Advanced Python (mandatory) with production of AI services (FastAPI or equivalent), SQL, C++ (desired for integration). AI frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow, ONNX; data engineering: SQL/NoSQL, Spark, industrial pipelines (OPC-UA, SCADA). Generative AI and RAG: LLMs, chunking, embeddings, hybrid search (dense + BM25), reranking, graphRAG, conversational agents, diffusion models; evaluation of RAG and detection of hallucinations. Vector bases: Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone or equivalent; serving open weight LLM (vLLM, TGI) and GPU inference optimization; document extraction (OCR).MLOps and cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DVC, Airflow, Langfuse/LangSmith; Azure, GCP, AWS; cost sensitivity (FinOps).Cybersecurity and compliance: critical environments and sensitive data, GDPR and data sovereignty, notions of application security (OIDC, RBAC).Soft skillsTaste for applied innovation and the industrial field; scientific rigor and sense of model traceability.
