Verifiable experience as Senior Functional QA in business software projects.
Experience in functional testing on CRM platforms, Customer Service or similar solutions.
Knowledge of customer service, after-sales and case management processes.
Experience in design and execution of test cases, coverage matrices and traceability.
Experience in regression testing and validations. end-to-end.
Experience testing REST APIs.
Knowledge in testing Android/iOS web and mobile applications.
Ability to analyze business rules and complex functional scenarios.
Experience managing requirements and defects using Jira and Confluence.
Use of test management tools such as Xray, Zephyr or TestRail.
Experience in UI automation using tools such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
Experience in API automation using Postman, REST Assured or Karate DSL.
Knowledge in Data Quality validations.
Management of version control using Git, GitHub or GitLab.
Programming knowledge in Python, Java, JavaScript or similar languages.
Experience working under QA guidelines. Tech Lead.

At BC Tecnología we are looking for a Senior Functional QA to participate in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementation program, ensuring functional quality throughout the development and testing cycle.

The role will focus on functional testing, end-to-end validations, defect management, UAT support and regression automation, working together with Development, Integrations, Data and Business teams, under the QA Tech Lead guidelines.

Main responsibilities

Analyze functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Design, document, execute and maintain functional and regression test cases.
Validate end-to-end flows associated with customer service and post-sales processes.
Execute tests on web applications, APIs, integrations, mobile applications and data components.
Identify, record, document, track and revalidate defects.
Prepare technical and executive reports related to progress, coverage and test results.
Coordinate tests with Development, Integrations, Data and business areas teams.
Participate and accompany UAT tests with end users.
Validate corrections and ensure non-regression of existing functionalities.
Design and maintain test coverage and traceability matrices.
Automate UI and regression tests. API.
Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
Support the estimation, planning and monitoring of QA activities.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and follow-up meetings.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools and quality standards.

Additional requirements

At least 5 years of experience in functional QA and automation.
Verifiable experience in projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
Experience in testing omnichannel or Contact Center solutions.
Experience in testing WMS, BI or integrated platforms.
Knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB or Allure.
Experience working with agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
ISTQB Foundation or Agile Tester Certification.
