Description: Become an EXpert as a Python Developer We are seeking a Python Developer based in Costa Rica to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement scalable backend solutions that enhance customer workflows, integrate systems with cloud-based products, and contribute to successful project delivery through close collaboration with both clients and internal teams. 🚀 What You’ll Do Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend applications using Python. Build and integrate solutions that optimize customer workflows and system interoperability. Implement RESTful APIs with secure authentication mechanisms. Collaborate with solution architects, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. Deploy and maintain applications in AWS cloud environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Create and manage containerized applications using Docker; exposure to Kubernetes is a plus. Provide technical expertise across both Linux and Windows platforms. 🧠 What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development. Strong expertise in Python programming and frameworks (such as Django or Flask). Experience working with RESTful APIs and authentication standards. Proven ability to design secure, maintainable, and high-performance solutions in AWS. Hands-on experience with Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus. Knowledge of both Linux and Windows operating systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written. 💡 Nice to Have Familiarity with frontend development using React.js, including component-based architecture, state management (Redux or Context API), and REST API integration. Basic understanding of modern UI/UX principles and responsive design. Experience collaborating with frontend teams to ensure seamless API consumption and consistent user experiences.
