- Be trained in careers such as computer execution engineering, computer civil engineering or related races.
- Have experience in the area of at least 5 years, of which at least 3 years havebeing leading teams.
- Experience in Python and Django.

- Lead the IT OPS team and establish a career plan, training and succession for the members of your team
- Establish control mechanisms of new functionalities derived from product squadsIn Talana
- Maintain, parameterize and/or configure the defined tool for the work of the IT OPS team.
- Ensure knowledge management within the IT OPS team
- Maintain active communication with the different areas of Talana regarding the requests made to IT OPS
