    • Lead the IT OPS team and establish a career plan, training and succession for the members of your team
    • Establish control mechanisms of new functionalities derived from product squadsIn Talana
    • Maintain, parameterize and/or configure the defined tool for the work of the IT OPS team.
    • Ensure knowledge management within the IT OPS team
    • Maintain active communication with the different areas of Talana regarding the requests made to IT OPS
