As part of AutoReel's dynamic team, you'll contribute to building innovative features that empower users to generate professional video content rapidly, improving marketing outcomes and accelerating property sales.

• 4+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with strong expertise in React/TypeScript and Python/Django.
• High autonomy and ownership mindset; comfortable working with limited supervision.
• Data-driven approach to product development, measuring success through metrics and user behavior analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, delivering product updates quickly and efficiently.
• Experience with modern software development best practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with founders and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Own significant features end-to-end from conception through deployment and continuous optimization.
• Develop and maintain both frontend components using React and TypeScript, and backend services with Python and Django.
• Drive product decisions based on data-driven analysis and direct user feedback.
• Ship features swiftly and iterate rapidly, working on timelines measured in hours and days, not weeks.
• Monitor feature performance post-release, optimizing for user impact and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with company founders on technical architecture and overall product strategy.

Nice to Have
