Description: Our Reability Engineering Site area
C6 Bank's Site Reliability Engineering area works to ensure the reliability, scalability and efficiency of the bank's critical platforms and services. We work in partnership with the Platform Engineering, Development, Architecture, Security and Governance teams, building resilient, automated and sustainable solutions.Your activities as CSixer
- Build, evolve and sustain scalable, reliable and reusable test automation platforms;
- Develop and maintain functional and end-to-end automated tests using Robot Framework, Python and other tools;
- Implement tests for Android and iOS mobile applications, BFFs, APIs, microservices, web applications and web-banking;
- Integrate automated tests into on-premises environments, CI/CD pipelines, and platforms like BrowserStack;
- Implement API tests and contract validations, including HTTP status, payloads, error messages and JSON schemas;
- Develop deterministic mass testing strategies, ensuring predictability and reproducibility of scenarios;
- Develop and execute performance tests using Locust and JMeter;
- Structure load, stress, peaks and resistance scenarios;
- Define load profiles and approval criteria based on SLAs, volume and performance indicators;
- Analyze results, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in performance, scalability and resilience;
- Implement and evolve quality gates using SonarQube and CI/CD pipelines;
- Structure indicators of quality, coverage, stability and efficiency of tests;
- Build dashboards and track metrics using Grafana and DevLake;
- Ensure traceability of tests, defects and evidence through Jira and Xray;
- Support synthetic monitoring initiatives, resilience testing and chaos engineering;
- Work in partnership with different teams to promote continuous quality throughout the development cycle.
Requirements and Experience
- Experience in software quality engineering, test automation or working as SDET;
- Solid knowledge of Python and the development of automated solutions;
- Experience with Robot Framework and automation of functional and end-to-end tests;
- Knowledge in testing REST APIs, contracts, payloads and JSON schemas;
- Experience with Git and integration of tests in CI/CD pipelines;
- Knowledge of performance testing, preferably with Locust or JMeter;
- Ability to analyze logs, metrics, indicators and test results;
- Familiarity with distributed environments, microservices and software engineering practices;
- Analytical, organized, collaborative and problem-solving profile;
- Good communication, autonomy, critical thinking and responsibility for the solutions developed;
- Experience with Appium, Playwright or BrowserStack will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of Jira, Xray, SonarQube, Grafana or DevLake will be considered an advantage;
- Experience with observability, SRE, synthetic monitoring, resilience tests or chaos engineering will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in building test platforms used by different engineering teams will be considered an advantage.
