For the “Risk Management” department, Operational Risk Management service, Raiffeisen Bank is seeking with immediate effect a: OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGER (M/F/X) - REF. Your missions As Operational Risk Manager, you will lead the identification, analysis and management of the Bank's operational risks as well as the deployment of its internal control system, while ensuring its alignment with its risk profile and its activities. In particular, you will ensure strategic monitoring of risk exposures, define a robust control framework and propose appropriate mitigation measures, in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, while supporting their deployment within the Bank's businesses and functions. You will also supervise the management of incidents and disasters in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Major tasks and responsibilities Analyze the operational risks to which the Bank is exposed, in particular by contributing to risk mapping with business lines and functionsEnsure the monitoring of action plans and controls for the 1st line of defenseDevelop and execute control plans for the 2nd line of defense in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures and risk appetiteSupervise the monitoring of operational incidents and claims, as well as the updating of analysis and modeling tools risks Contribute to the evolution of the Bank's operational risk management framework, among other things by drafting the documentary framework (e.g., policy, procedures) and supporting the development of appropriate tools Integrate operational risk issues into transformation projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and tools Produce reliable reporting for internal and external bodies and respond to ad hoc requests from management and control functions Be recognized as an internal referent for your team as well as for employees in the business lines and functions, support them, make them aware of risks, provide them with strategic operational advice and promote risk culture and the Charter of BehaviorBe able to ensure the current/ante management of any activity linked to insurance concluded by the Bank to protect its staff and its assets while respecting the administrative arrangements and procedures in force Your profile Higher academic training (Bac+5) and/or successful and confirmed professional experience (minimum 5 to years) in the field of operational risk or equivalent, preferably acquired within a financial institution Exposure to insurance subjects is an asset Good knowledge of financial and banking professions, products and services, operational risks and the methodology for assessing these risks Mastery of CSSF/EBA regulations relating to operational risks Mastery of regulatory requirements linked to the financial and banking sector, and the related standards in terms of internal control Editorial mastery Mastery of office tools & the Office suite; comfort with data processing tools (SQL, Python, R, Power Query, BO) is an advantage Fluency in French and English, Luxembourgish being an advantage We offer you A cooperative company focused on people: We place our employees at the heart of our concerns, thus promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment A stimulating work environment: We create a work environment where each individual can flourish and find meaning in their work, by aligning our activities on our shared values and objectivesFlexibility of working hours: We encourage teleworking, offer the possibility of using our satellite offices and adopt a flexible schedule to adapt to your needsCommitment to sustainability and cooperative values: As a company with strong local roots, we defend cooperative and sustainable values, thus contributing to a better future for our community and our environmentShort decision-making processes: We favor efficient decision-making circuits, allowing increased responsiveness and decision-making...
