Description: We are looking for a systems expert with programming skills for a three-year fixed-term position as part of Ammattiopisto Luovi's skilled digital services team!

**Your special task**

As a systems expert, you will work as part of Luovi's nationwide digital services expert team. In your role, you will develop the use of robots used in teaching and new ways of use, such as the use of artificial intelligence. You are responsible for the technical management, programming and maintenance of the robots and act as their technical master user. You have programming expertise, especially in Python programming and block-based programming environments.

You also participate in the development of artificial intelligence solutions to support Loavi's operations. You have expertise in prompting and the implementation of automations, system integrations and agents. You get to use the Microsoft Azure AI and Copilot Studio platforms in your work, among others. In your development work, you also take into account aspects related to agent management, lifecycle management and digital security.

You can be the expert we are looking for if you have a suitable university degree and want to develop digital services with high quality and open-mindedness. We expect you to have experience in programming and artificial intelligence solutions and the ability to apply your knowledge in practical work. You are interested in developing your skills in the constantly changing IT industry. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform products is an advantage.

You work on your own initiative and actively move things forward. At the same time, you work smoothly in cooperation with other experts and build working solutions together. You have the ability to manage several simultaneous tasks, organize your work in a planned way and implement development ideas into practical implementation.

13 experts are waiting for you in our team, with whom you can develop Luov's digital services. Your workplace is either in Oulu, Helsinki, Tampere or Seinäjoki. The position requires a B driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations in Luovi. We like to work together on site, but it is also possible to do remote days.

The position is fixed-term for three years and the work starts on December 1, 2026 or according to the agreement. The working time is 36 hours 15 minutes per week. The terms and salary of the employment relationship are determined in accordance with the collective agreement of the private teaching sector, and the salary for the position is approximately €3,300–€4,000, depending on your work experience and skills.
