Description: DESCRIPTION
We support a B2B SaaS software publisher offering an AI solution dedicated to the automation of regulatory compliance for demanding industrial sectors (aeronautics, engineering, etc.).
Thanks to an assisted AI approach, the platform divides the preparation time for documentary audits by four while guaranteeing a maximum level of reliability. After having validated the product/market fit and launched the MVP, the company internalizes its technical governance to manage its scale-up and evolve its architecture.
It is in this key context that we are looking for their future Head of Tech to manage this scale-up and evolve the architecture.
Your missions
- Architecture & Development: take overall responsibility for the code and SaaS architecture on the current stack: Django, Vue.js and PostgreSQL.
- AI & RAG engineering: optimize the document search engine (RAG) and strengthen reliability algorithms.
- Performance & Infrastructure: manage hosting, control LLM query costs and guarantee security and confidentiality of data.
- Product Roadmap: work in close partnership with general management to translate the needs of industrial customers into high value-added functionalities.
- Scaling up: structure best practices for development, documentation and prepare the formation of the technical team during the acceleration phase.


PROFILE WANTED
- SaaS & Python experience: 5 years minimum experience in B2B software engineering with excellent command of Django and PostgreSQL environments.
- Practice of LLM & RAG: concrete experience in the integration of LLM via API, document retrieval architectures (RAG) and data processing.Infrastructure & Security: mastery of containerization (Docker) and proven sensitivity to the issues of data sovereignty and confidentiality in a Cloud environment.
- Product Culture: great autonomy, pragmatism and business value orientation. You favor software solidity and the delivery of reliable functionalities over over-engineering.
- Communication: ability to popularize complex technical choices with business contacts (Quality Directors, Auditors, DSI)
