Become part of our diverse group!We are now looking for a full-time position 1 Data & Analytics - Data Engineering Lead (m/f/d) full-time, Vienna 1010 Your tasks * Leadership and further development of a data engineering team; Coordination of projects with data scientists, engineers and product owners * Building and operating scalable Databricks pipelines with Python, declarative pipelines and jobs/workflows * Use of Azure Data Factory for ingestion/orchestration and integration of SQL/NoSQL databases * Introduction of standards, reusable templates and documentation for group-wide solutions * Quality assurance through versioning, Testing, monitoring, SLAs/SLOs and automated deployments * Cost and performance management of productive pipelines Your profile * Studies in computer science, software engineering, data engineering/data science or equivalent practice * Sound data engineering experience appropriate to the role, ideally with management experience * Very good knowledge of Databricks (Python, Spark SQL, Lakehouse), Declarative Pipelines, Jobs/Workflows * Experience with Azure Data Factory, data integration/orchestration, data modeling and performance tuning * DataOps mindset: versioning, testing, automated deployments, clean release processes * Strong leadership and communication skills, independent, solution-oriented; Sound knowledge of English, German advantageousYOUR BENEFITSFlexible working * Hybrid working * Flexible flexitime model * 37.5 hour week * Home office starter package * Additional days off (e.g. when there is a new family, social active day, Training days) Salary and discounts * Attractive, market-conform salary * Discounted insurance products * Discounted products at Erste Bank as well as free debit and credit cards * Numerous collaborations with retailers, tourism, restaurants and others Partnersand much more.
