About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer / Generative AI Specialist to design, develop and deploy advanced solutions based on generative artificial intelligence.

The role will be focused on the entire life cycle of AI models: from requirements analysis and algorithm selection to training, fine-tuning, deployment and evaluation of generative models in production.

The person will participate in the construction of solutions based on LLMs, RAG architectures, multimodal processing, AI avatars and cognitive services in Azure, working on scalable platforms aimed at automation and innovation.

Requirements

• Solid experience developing with advanced Python, working with Pandas, Scikit-learn and RESTful APIs
• Experience training and performing fine-tuning of LLMs in productive environments
• Experience implementing RAG architectures on business documentation
• Experience working with vector databases and semantic searches: Pinecone / Weaviate / Chroma
• Experience using OpenAI API (GPT-4, DALL·E, Whisper, Codex) and Azure OpenAI Service
• Experience deploying open source models such as LLaMA in cloud infrastructure
• Experience working with AI services in Microsoft Azure
• Experience in AI avatars, including: Python + visual synthesis techniques, Lip-sync and avatar control. With deployment of solutions in Azure

Desirable

• Knowledge of Java and/or C#
• Azure AI Engineer Associate Certification (AI-102 / AI-103)
• Deep Learning Specialization
• Certifications in Hugging Face or LangChain

Responsibilities

• Design, train and deploy generative AI models for different use cases
• Implement fine-tuning and LLM optimization techniques
• Develop pipelines based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) using vector bases and embeddings such as Pinecone or Chroma
• Implement solutions using: OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI Service, open source models such as LLaMA
• Work with frameworks and tools such as: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers
• Integrate Azure cognitive services: Computer Vision, NLP, Sentiment Analysis, Form Recognizer
• Implement voice and transcription solutions using Whisper
• Participate in cloud deployments on Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate on CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
