BNP Paribas Cardif is currently seeking an Actuarial Studies Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the company’s profitability through business analysis based on economic and data analysis as well as technical-financial evaluations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

What are the main challenges of the position?

· Analyze the profitability of the product portfolio and generate projections for the various business lines to provide the commercial and technical-financial management teams with the tools and reports needed for sound decision-making.

· Monitor, study, and control the various risks faced by the company

· Set rates for the various insurance policies sold by the company

· Ensure compliance with, and fully understand, the rules for calculating liabilities and solvency margins that affect product profitability

· Propose and improve the tools and models used for pricing.

· Responsible for ensuring the application of financial security controls established in the department’s various operational procedures
