Proven experience developing AI or machine learning solutions in production.
Proficiency in Python and at least one generative AI framework (for example, LangChain, LlamaIndex or Semantic Kernel).
Experience with AI services in the cloud, preferably in Microsoft Azure, to deploy and operate generative AI and machine learning solutions.
Solid knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector bases and model evaluation.
Ability to recommend technologies with criteria, explaining advantages, disadvantages and costs.
High intermediate or advanced level of English.

We are currently looking for an AI developer to join our data protection team's artificial intelligence projects. In addition to building, this person will be a technical reference who diagnoses blockages, recommends tools and technologies, and takes projects from proof of concept to production in a safe and measurable way.

Functions of the position

Diagnose the status of stalled AI projects, identifying technical, data, architectural, or process causes.
Recommend tools, models, and technologies to unblock each project, documenting the reasoning and trade-offs for each option.
Design and implement generative AI solutions, including RAGs, agents, natural language processing pipelines, and predictive models.
Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems at Microsoft. 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
Define and execute model evaluation tests (quality, bias, latency and cost) before each delivery.
Establish MLOps or LLMOps practices for versioning, monitoring and continuous deployment.
Document architectures, technical decisions and operating procedures.
Collaborate with business, security and compliance teams to ensure that solutions meet our baseline of SOC 2 Type II and with the data guidelines of each client.
