This international e-commerce organization within the retail and outdoor industry reaches thousands of customers throughout Europe every day. Behind the scenes, we are continuously working on the further development of several busy web shops and digital platforms, built on a modern headless architecture. The focus is on concrete automation projects throughout the organization.
You will end up in an informal and enterprising organization (a team of 500+ colleagues throughout the EU) where the lines of communication are short and personal initiative is valued. There is a lot of room to think along, come up with new ideas and actually put them into practice. This gives you direct influence on the products and the digital experience of thousands of users.
Position
In this role you work together with 3 other developers on various automation projects that make the entire organization smarter and more efficient. You translate ideas into practical solutions and are involved in the entire process: from analysis and development to testing and delivery.
You will be involved in, among other things: - Developing workflows that automate manual processes; - Applying AI to make processes smarter, faster and more scalable; - Building and further developing internal tools in JavaScript and Python; - Optimizing existing automations based on feedback from the organization; - Carrying out user tests with colleagues and, where necessary, with customers; - Realizing projects from concept to a fully working solution;
Job requirements
