Description: We are an IT consulting firm with expert staff in different areas of technology.

At BC Tecnología we manage portfolios, develop projects and offer outsourcing services and selection of professionals for clients in sectors such as financial services, insurance, retail and government. You will participate in strategic digital transformation initiatives for LATAM Airlines, a leading organization in the aeronautical industry, in an environment that combines remote work with occasional office presence. You will be part of the Architecture Management, collaborating in the definition of the business architecture and its evolution in the face of technological and business changes, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and governance standards.

Software development

Solid experience developing and maintaining software in production.
Ability to understand, diagnose and modify existing systems.
Ability to design and develop both software pieces and associated tests.
Ability to develop both front-end and back-end.
Mastery of several programming languages or demonstrable ability to learn them
Understanding of how the web works, its protocols, APIs and services.
Ability to investigate productive problems and determine their cause.

TECHNOLOGIES REFERENCE STACK

The stack is mainly Java/Kotlin with Spring, Micronaut or Grails, in addition to Python, TypeScript, Groovy, Swift and Go. It is not exclusive: they accept someone who knows several languages and learns quickly.

AI applied to software development

Practical experience using AI agents to develop software, beyond the basic use of programming assistants.

Ability to decompose complex problems into tasks that can be executed by one or several agents.

Ability to delegate, coordinate and manage the work carried out by different AI agents.

Ability to provide agents with the context, instructions, tools, and constraints necessary to successfully execute a task.

Ability to critically review and validate agent-generated code, analysis, and solutions before incorporating them into productive systems.

Ability to use agents in existing code analysis, debugging, deployment, refactoring, test generation, and documentation.

Ability to maintain control and technical responsibility over the outcome, regardless of how much code or analysis was generated by the agent. AI.

Development of agentic solutions
