• BeA open and communicative person , who dares to raise issues or say that he does not agree with something and argue it (we do not have time to lose and in our team all perspectives are valid!)
• Be proactive , capable of proposing ideas to the equipment in what makes more sense for product development from the back/frontand tolerance to frustration , because when working in a startup, everything changes quite fast!If you drive, HTML, CSS much better!
