You will lead the definition and implementation of the technological architecture to drive sustainable business growth.You will design cross-cutting reference solutions, establishing world-class standards, ensuring scalability, security and operational efficiency.You will be the bridge between infrastructure, development and product, leading internal and external integrations and actively participating in the security and incident recovery strategy.Your technical vision will accompany the organization in its evolution process, with a clear and communicable roadmap to executive stakeholders and teams.


We are looking for someone with practical experience developing web products, who can take ownership of their tasks, collaborate with other teams and maintain a critical eye on the quality of the frontend experience.

Required experience

- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in software or digital product development.
- Experience in frontend development with JavaScript or TypeScript, ideally using modern frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue, Angular or similar.
- Good command of modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Experience working with reusable components and maintainable interface design.
- Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Management of Git and collaboration platforms such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Ability to work in agile teams, participating in sprints, code reviews and continuous improvements.
- Knowledge of good frontend security practices and protection of sensitive data in user interfaces.

We are looking for a person to join as a Semi Senior Frontend Engineer, with a focus on the development of modern, maintainable web interfaces aimed at delivering a great user experience.

This role will have a key participation in the evolution of our platforms, working alongside Product Owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, QA, DevOps and other business stakeholders, always maintaining a focus on impact, collaboration and continuous improvement.
What will you do in this role?
As a Semi Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and improving user interfaces for our web applications.You will work mainly with React, modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS and others similar, integrating or creating components that allow us to interact with other services.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop interactive, responsive, accessible and maintainable user interfaces.
- Implement designs and specifications delivered by UX/UI, taking care of visual consistency, usability and user experience.
- Work together with other teams to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure efficient communication between frontend and services.
- Actively participate in refinements, sprint planning, code reviews and retrospectives.
- Improve the quality of frontend code through good practices, reusable components, clear structure and testing.
- Optimize the performance of interfaces, identifying opportunities for improvement in loading, navigation and perceived experience.
- Collaborate in the resolution of technical problems, productive bugs and evolutionary improvements.
- Contribute to a development culture based on collaboration, trust, continuous learning and focus on impact.
