Your role
As a Field Support Engineer, you are the technical face of the organization. You don't sit still in the office, but go out on the road to deliver projects to customers in the Benelux. You have a lot of variety and responsibility in your work.

  • You install software and hardware directly on site at the customer.
  • You ensure that new systems connect flawlessly to existing networks and printers.
  • You configure the software solutions tailored to the customer.
  • You are the technical specialist and the permanent point of contact for your projects.
  • You help customers get started by writing clear documentation and manuals.

Your profile

  • You have obtained a Bachelor's degree in IT, or have a comparable level through relevant work experience.
  • You speak Dutch fluently and you can express yourself professionally in English.
  • You can work independently and have strong communication skills towards customers.
  • You are hands-on, do not shy away from a problem and are resistant to stress.
  • Benefits (but not a must): Knowledge of databases (SQL), business networks, or a basis in programming languages (such as Python or C#).
