Description: **Training:**

Basic mechanical training or polymechanic (completed)
Further training to become a production or process specialist (completed)
Many years of experience in the field of metal-cutting production (turning, milling, grinding)
Many years of experience in the field of manufacturing processes and creating production sequences
Broad knowledge of manufacturing technologies and machine tools
Very good SAP knowledge and MS Office skills a must
Experience in statistical data evaluation and calculations
Experience in coordinating AVOR (work preparation) processes
Lean Six Sigma training is an advantage, especially value stream analysis
NC and/or PLC programming experience or Python is an advantage

**Tasks and activities:**

End-to-end responsibility for the manufacturing processes in rotor production: Mainly responsible for the correctness of all master data and processes of the assigned Parts spectrum
Create manufacturing instructions and work plans in SAP and check the relevant process drawings and necessary operating resources.
Responsible for the correct mapping of the manufacturing processes in the IT systems, including acting as a specialist in SAP production planning
Coordinating the NC programming and procurement of operating resources according to customer demand.
Running in new parts in collaboration with the operator, NC programmer, operating equipment designer, measuring room and New investments (new systems).
Optimization of manufacturing processes, support of production, formulation of requests for changes to technology.
Ensure process reliability, among other things. by creating the test plan with the process-relevant attributes
Participation in design and process FMEA.
