Do you want to work in the borderland between ERP, production and business development?

We are looking for ERP consultants with a focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing who want to be involved in developing business systems and processes in a business with high demands on efficiency, scalability and production benefit.

In the role, you get to work closely with the operational business and be involved in developing how the ERP system is used to create real benefit in production. You will move between the needs of the business, the possibilities of the system and the technical solutions required to translate ideas into working results.

An important area is to create better decision-making bases through functional development, adaptations and visualization of real-time data. You get the opportunity to analyze existing ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and, together with the business, develop solutions that make a difference in everyday life.

The role suits you who like to understand both the system and the business behind the system. You are curious about how production and the Supply Chain work and enjoy solving problems where there is not always a ready answer.

IFS Cloud is an asset, but above all we are looking for you who have a strong understanding of ERP flows and production-related business development.

As a consultant at Eccera, you will get secure employment and gather valuable work experience on assignments for our customers. Your consultant manager supports you in your development and works together with you to find assignments where your skills and ambitions come into their own.

Your tasks

As an ERP consultant you will, among other things:

    analyze and develop ERP flows within Supply Chain and Manufacturing
    work closely with the production operation and understand its needs and challenges
    analyze requirements and translate the business's needs into functional solutions
    develop and propose improvements in ERP systems and processes
    work with functional adaptations and easier technical development
    contribute to the visualization and use of real-time data
    identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in the business processes
    challenge existing ways of working and propose new solutions
    participate in the development and implementation of new functions
    collaborate with operations, production, IT and other technical specialists
    analyze consequences of changes in complex ERP environments
    contribute to creating scalable solutions that support the continued growth of the business.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in ERP systems, production and business development.

You have a good understanding of how ERP flows are connected and can see the connections between, for example, planning, materials, purchasing, inventory and production.

You enjoy being close to the business and want to understand the actual problems that the users meets. At the same time, you have sufficient technical understanding to be able to translate the needs of the business into system solutions.

You are analytical and solution-oriented and dare to question when you see that something can be done better. You don't have to have a ready answer to every question - but you have the ability and curiosity to find it.

Requirements

    Very good understanding of ERP flows
    Basic developer or technical ability
    Experience of production-related business development linked to business systems
    Experience of Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing
    Experience of working in complex businesses
    Ability to analyze requirements and translate these into practical solutions
    Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
    Opportunity and willingness to regularly work closely with the business in a production environment

    Experience of production planning and Manufacturing
