We are looking for 1 Venture AI & Operations Specialist (m/f/d) YOU

* observe the artificial intelligence landscape with real depth and recognize where artificial intelligence creates real added value, where lean automation works better and where human judgment remains crucial

* further develop our venturing processes based on data - from deal flow, due diligence and portfolio management to structured venture building workflows

* build the unit's AI and data infrastructure together with the team and ensure reliable data quality, sensible system landscapes and practical AI workflows

* enable the team to make sense of AI in everyday work through joint testing, concrete applications and pragmatic solutions

* are looking for someone with real AI and automation expertise who can classify technological developments in a well-founded manner and communicate them in an understandable manner

* value data-based and entrepreneurial thinking - at the same time, we know that exceptional founders cannot only be recognized by numbers

* look forward to experience in the startup, venture capital or venture building environment as well as hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, Python or low-code/no-code solutions

* offer you the opportunity to further develop yourself in the medium term in terms of venture capital, venture building and strategic future topics of Blum Ventures

* require good German language skills at at least B2 level
