📢 We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead the strategic technical relationship with our clients in Peru. This role serves as the primary technical and architectural advisor for the accounts, ensuring that the implemented solutions generate sustained value and helping to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and technological expansion. 

• 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and GIT.
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD and experience implementing and optimizing pipelines.
• Experience managing and configuring Kubernetes and AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, EC2, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Experience with Terraform, Serverless Framework, and AWS SAM for cloud infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JS, Java, Python, and/or PHP.
• Skills in monitoring and troubleshooting using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
• Experience working in agile environments.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Manage cloud infrastructure by configuring and administering Kubernetes clusters and using AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, EC2, S3, and DynamoDB to ensure the scalability and high availability of applications.
• Automate cloud infrastructure and deployment using Terraform, Serverless Framework, and AWS SAM.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of systems and applications using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog, and proactively troubleshoot issues.
• Document processes, solutions, and best practices to facilitate collaboration within the team and between technical and non-technical areas.
• Promote continuous improvement in infrastructure and processes, applying agile methodologies to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
• Support the team in creating automated solutions that enable efficiency in development and operations.
