Description: We are looking for a versatile IT professional with a decisive approach to lead and execute development projects in Python, process automation, systems integration and application of artificial intelligence technologies. The ideal person will have real experience in international environments, analytical vision, and the ability to work in multiple technological domains. Responsibilities: Develop custom solutions with Python (FastAPI, Django, PyQt). Design and implement automations with RPA and tools such as PyAutoGUI, Make or N8N. Integrate APIs and middleware (especially Mulesoft and WebSphere). Prototype and deploy solutions with computer vision, applied AI, and data analytics. Collaborate with startups and multidisciplinary teams on innovation projects. Document, test and maintain code with a focus on quality and scalability. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, and more than 10 in different IT environments. Solid knowledge of Python, especially in automation (bots), data analysis and API development. Knowledge of SOA architecture, systems integration and middleware (IBM, Mulesoft). Experience in applied AI (computer vision, LLM models, ML with TensorFlow or OpenCV). Intermediate English level for technical reading and international collaboration. Autonomy, technological curiosity and creative and experimental mentality. It will be valued: Previous experience as a freelancer or in technology consulting for startups and SMEs. Knowledge of generative art and creative technology projects. Complementary technical training in AI, statistics, RPA or design of cloud solutions. Certifications: MCD from Mulesoft, courses in Istio/Kubernetes, among others.
