• Real experience developing a full stack product, frontend and backend.
• Method to work with AI efficiently: knowing how to provide good context, iterate with judgment and not burn resources based on trial and error. We are looking for someone who thinks before asking the AI ​​to develop, not blindly fire off requests.
• Understand the system thoroughly, do not treat the AI ​​as a black box. You have to understand how the pieces of a project fit together and how they connect to each other, so that when an error appears, you know where to look and why — and you don't depend on AI to guess it for you.
• Comfort with JavaScript/TypeScript (ideally Next.js/React) and SQL databases.
• REST APIs, webhooks and integrations with third-party systems.
• Know how to integrate AI into the product when the project asks for it: consume APIs of language models, structured outputs and function calling, with criteria to review what they generate.
• Autonomy to take an already designed solution and bring it to production on your own.
• Git and good code practices.
• Availability to overlap several hours a day (80%) with Spanish time (CET), to coordinate.

We are looking for Clearpoint's first technical hire: someone who will build, with AI, the custom software we build for companies. We are currently operating in Spain.

Inside we are a small and very technical team. We do not make catalog software: each client comes with a different problem. First we audit your company, design the solution, build it, implement it and ensure its correct functioning. We work with AI natively (Cursor), always taking care of security and data protection laws.

We are looking for someone with experience developing software, with knowledge of frontend and backend, whose priority is to deliver the product with agility using tools like Cursor.

You will work hand in hand with the technical founder. The project arrives already audited, designed and closed with the client; From there, you build it. Each client is different: you may as well set up a complex CRM, a SaaS, a chatbot with AI, or all three things connected to each other with agents.

On a day-to-day basis:

• You build the already designed solutions in Cursor: you assemble them, iterate them, and leave them ready for production.
• You integrate the pieces required by each project: databases, authentication, ERPs, payment gateways, messaging, and APIs external ones that are needed. The stack changes according to the client.
• When the project requests it, you add an AI layer: chatbots, assistants and agents that connect with the client's tools and automate multi-step processes.
• You review the code generated by the AI before declaring it good: that it does what it should, that it is clean, that it does not leave holes, and you hunt for and correct bugs.
• You take care of the security and data protection of what you build, according to what requires each project.
• You test the flows, leave them running on the client and polish them until they are fine.
