You will participate in strategic digital transformation initiatives for LATAM Airlines, a leading organization in the aeronautical industry, in an environment that combines remote work with occasional office presence. You will be part of the Architecture Management, collaborating in the definition of the business architecture and its evolution in the face of technological and business changes, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and governance standards.
Backend (Exclusive)
- Experience developing with Java 17, 18 or 21.
- Experience with Spring Boot 3.x.
- Development of REST APIs.
- Development of microservices.
- Experience with Node.js and NestJS.
- Knowledge of good development practices (Clean Code and SOLID principles).
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with PostgreSQL and complex SQL queries.
Frontend
- Experience with React.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with Next.js (desirable).
- React Native (optional).
Methodologies and tools
- Experience working under Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
- Jira management.
- Confluence management.
- Experience working in agile cells.
At BC Tecnología we are looking for a Semi Senior Full Stack Developer to join an important technological project. We are looking for professionals with solid experience in backend development on Java and Spring Boot, as well as knowledge of frontend technologies such as React and Next.js. You will be responsible for developing and implementing technological solutions of medium complexity, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards, collaborating closely with Product Owner, Technical Leader and QA, and actively participating in agile teams.
Main functions
- Develop backend and frontend solutions according to product requirements.
- Design and develop REST APIs.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Refinement and Retrospectives).
- Manage user stories and tasks through Jira.
- Document technical and functional solutions in Confluence.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to define requirements. and acceptance criteria.
- Work together with the Technical Leader in defining solutions.
- Deliver pre-validated and pre-tested developments to the QA team.
- Correct incidents detected during the testing process.
- Propose technical and process improvements within the team.

- Experience with Python.
- Participation in native cloud projects.
- Development of scalable and microservice-oriented applications.
