Company: NeuralWorks
Country: Worldwide
Type: Remote
Employment: Full-time
Description: NeuralWorks is where we bring together our imagination and creativity to create amazing things.
NeuralWorks is a high-growth company founded four years ago. We’re working full steam ahead on projects that will make waves.
We’re a team that combines creativity, curiosity, and a passion for doing things right. We take risks to explore frontiers where others don’t venture: a Monte Carlo-based predictive model, a convolutional network for face detection, a Bluetooth position sensor, and the recreation of an acoustic space using finite impulse response.
These are just a few of the challenges we tackle, where we learn, explore, and complement each other as a team to achieve the unimaginable.
We work on our own projects and support corporations through partnerships where, side by side, we combine knowledge with creativity to imagine, design, and create digital products capable of captivating audiences and making an impact.

Job Description
The Data and Analytics team works on various projects that combine massive amounts of data with AI, such as detecting and predicting failures before they occur, optimizing pricing, personalizing the customer experience, optimizing fuel usage, and detecting faces and objects using computer vision.
As part of a multidisciplinary team that includes data scientists, translators, and DevOps engineers, and Data Architects, your role will be key to building and providing the systems and infrastructure that enable the development of these services, laying the foundation upon which models are built to drive impact—with services that must scale, have extremely high availability, and be fault-tolerant; in other words, services that simply work. In addition, you’ll keep a close eye on system capacity and performance metrics.
In any project you work on, we expect you to demonstrate a strong collaborative spirit, a passion for innovation and coding, and a mindset that prioritizes automation over manual processes.
As a Data Engineer, your work will consist of:
- Actively participating throughout the software lifecycle, from inception, design, and deployment to operation and improvement.
- Supporting development teams in design and consulting activities, developing software, frameworks, and capacity planning.
- Developing and maintaining data architectures, pipelines, templates, and standards.
- Connecting to other systems via APIs (Python)
- Managing and monitoring
