The Mobile Development Specialist (Flutter) will join a technical team to define solution architecture from the ground up, collaborate with backend, design and QA, and contribute to product evolution through strategic technical decisions. Our goal is to co-create with excellence, closeness and ethics, generating a positive impact on the business environment of our clients. The project involves designing and implementing high-performance mobile applications with Flutter, defining scalable and maintainable architectures, proposing technical improvements, and establishing good development practices to deliver solid and scalable experiences.

Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Computing or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in backend development, including product development.
Proficiency in Python for the development of REST APIs, webhooks and microservices.
Practical experience with AWS, especially CloudWatch, SNS, EventBridge and IAM.
Experience with MongoDB or other databases non-relational.
Experience coordinating or monitoring technical tasks with different teams, for example, as a Tech Lead, Scrum Master, release manager or counterpart in audits.

⭐ It will be a plus if you have experience in:

Banking, fintech, payment methods or regulated industries.
Regulations and reference frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001 or NIST.
Participating in IT audits.
Tools like Jira and Confluence.
AWS security services, like Security Hub and GuardDuty.

*If you don't have specific PCI DSS experience yet, don't worry! The company includes training in regulations.*

Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, webhooks and microservices in Python.
Configure alerts, logs and events in AWS, using CloudWatch, EventBridge and SNS.
Integrate alerts with management tools such as Jira and Slack.
Implement technical improvements and corrections derived from security reviews.
Coordinate and monitor the PCI compliance control schedule.
Work with project managers and technical teams to ensure the execution and closure of controls.
Document, organize and diagram evidence for audits.
Prepare dashboards and progress reports for the leadership.
