Analytics Engineer
DDBM is a Data & AI consultancy agency that helps organizations grow from raw data to decision-ready data and decision-ready operations. We are official Snowflake, Anthropic, dbt and Tableau Partner. For our growing team, we are looking for an Analytics Engineer who converts data into reliable, decision-ready data and uses AI as a daily working tool.

What will you do? - Building and maintaining scalable data models and pipelines in dbt and Snowflake based on the Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) - Defining the semantic layer: recording KPIs, metrics and business logic in code once and consistently - Delivering clean Gold-layer datasets as a data source for Tableau, Sigma Computing and Power BI, among others - Writing (complex) SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation and quality assurance - Actively deploy AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) to work faster and better - Collaborate with business analysts and customers to translate data needs into technical solutions - Building domain knowledge among customers so that your data models always match business practice What's on your CV? - At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer or similar - Hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake in production environments - Strong command of SQL and Python - Knowledge of data modeling and the Medallion architecture - Familiar with Git, CI/CD and agile working - Analytical, quality-oriented and proactive - Good communication skills in Dutch and English - Salary: €45,000 - €70,000 gross...
