You will participate in strategic digital transformation initiatives for LATAM Airlines, a leading organization in the aeronautical industry, in an environment that combines remote work with occasional office presence. You will be part of the Architecture Management, collaborating in the definition of the business architecture and its evolution in the face of technological and business changes, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and governance standards.

Training in Computer Engineering, Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related career.
Experience in data analysis, transformation and exploitation.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience using Power BI or other visualization tools.
Use of Python for data analysis and/or model development.
Knowledge of databases and processes ETL/ELT.
Knowledge of statistics and descriptive and/or predictive analytics.
Experience or knowledge in Generative Artificial Intelligence.

At BC Tecnología we are looking for a Data Analyst to participate in analytics, automation and Artificial Intelligence initiatives within an important Clinical Specialty Center.

We are looking for a professional with the ability to transform clinical and administrative data into relevant information for decision making, generating indicators, dashboards and analytical models that allow us to improve management and operational efficiency.

🎯 Main responsibilities

Raise and analyze information requirements together with clinical and administrative areas.
Integrate, purify and transform information from different systems and data sources.
Build dashboards, KPIs and management reports.
Analyze trends, demand, behavior and performance of services.
Work with ETL/ELT data integration and transformation processes.
Develop analysis using SQL and Python.
Identify automation opportunities through Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics.
Develop or implement segmentation, classification and prediction models.
Use Generative AI tools for analysis, automation and management support.
Ensure the quality, consistency and traceability of information.
Integrate information through APIs when required.
Document data sources, processes, models and results.
Work in coordination with clinical, administrative and IT teams.
Protect the confidentiality and security of personal data and sensitive clinical data.

⭐ It will be considered a plus

Knowledge of APIs and integration of data sources.
Experience working in Cloud environments.
Experience with health data or clinical information.
Knowledge of HIS systems, electronic medical records or other health platforms.
Knowledge of interoperability and standards such as HL7/FHIR.
Knowledge of Chilean regulations related to the protection of personal data and data sensitive.
