Are you interested in automation, new tools and the question of how AI can improve real processes?

To support our team, we are now looking for a working student AI & Automation (m/f/d).

We are experts in marketing legal advice and support law firms and lawyers in all activities relating to marketing and business development. We are continuously growing - and would like to use AI specifically to make our internal processes and our work for our customers even better.

Tasks

You will play a central role in building our AI and automation infrastructure:

• You develop automations in n8n and comparable tools - for example for our customers' content workflows or research processes.
• You evaluate new AI models and applications and work with us to check which ones can be used productively.
• You identify places in our processes where AI can meaningfully create added value and implement appropriate solutions.
• You work closely with management and team leads. You have short routes, clear responsibility and creative freedom right from the start.

Qualification

• You are studying computer science, business informatics, business administration with a technical focus or a comparable course of study.
• You already have your own experience with AI tools - ideally evidenced by concrete projects, such as a self-developed workflow with GPT or Claude, your own side project or productive automation in n8n, Make or similar.
• You work in a structured, responsible manner and approach problems analytically.
• You follow current developments in the AI environment with genuine interest.
• You handle sensitive data carefully and discreetly - an understanding of data protection and confidentiality is essential in our customer environment.

Desirable, but not a must:

• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript or another scripting language.
• Experience in dealing with APIs (REST, webhooks).
• Conversational German (English is also possible internally, but our customer communication takes place in German).
• First points of contact with the topics of marketing, analytics or performance.
