The AI Lab is our research and development (R&D) dedicated to innovation in artificial intelligence, data science and emerging technologies.
Our work focuses on agentic AI systems: multi-agent orchestration, reliability and observability of long plans, evaluation and auditability, model specialization, serving concrete cases for our clients. Our results give rise to scientific publications.

The themes of the mission:
Literature review on cutting-edge topics in AI (agentic systems, reasoning and inference calculation, post training, reinforcement learning)
Design and implementation of multi-agent systems: orchestration, tooling, interoperability protocols, memory and context management
Evaluation and reliability : construction of benchmarks and evaluation harnesses, LLM as a judge, robustness tests, instrumentation of traces and fault localization
Specialization of models: fine tuning, distillation towards SLMs, measurement of cost, latency and quality trade-offs
Development of demonstration or proof of concepts tools
Technological monitoring and contribution to internal or external publications

Do you master Python and PyTorch, as well as the Hugging Face ecosystem?
Do you have real practice with LLMs beyond the API call (orchestration, evaluation or fine tuning)?
Do you know how to read a recent paper and reimplement the idea?
Are you in the final year of an AI master's degree?

📋How will this take place process?

An initial contact of approximately twenty minutes, with Shelly, will be established once your application has been approved.
Then, you will have a one-hour HR and technical interview with Thomas, to discuss your experiences and motivations, a project that you have carried out and a recent research subject of your choice.
 
And finally, you can settle down at 100 Réaumur, in the heart of Paris, ready for a new and great adventure. 🚀
