Description: Are you a university graduate and ready to make an impact with data and smart solutions? In this consultancy traineeship you combine analytical thinking with technology. Develop yourself into a consultant who helps organizations grow with data, process optimization and innovation.
What will you do?
During this consultancy traineeship you will enter the world of process improvement, data analysis and IT. You will learn how organizations can increase their performance with smart, data-driven decisions. You will work together with experienced consultants on various projects, where you will gain insight into business processes and learn how to optimize them.
You start with an intensive development process in which you follow training in business analysis, project management and programming, among other things. You will then start working for one of our clients, where you will immediately apply your knowledge in practice. This way you discover where your strength lies – within IT, data or consultancy – while you work on real improvement projects. During the process you will receive personal guidance from a coach and you will build a solid professional network. This traineeship is the ideal springboard to a career as a consultant within Supply Chain or IT.
Your work
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities;
Participate in digitization and automation projects;
Develop dashboards and reports with tools such as Power BI or Python;
Translate data insights into concrete advice for customers;
Collaborate with fellow consultants and stakeholders to successfully complete projects
What do you have to offer?
Completed university education, for example in (Technical) Business Administration, Operations Management, Innovation Management, Supply Chain Management, or Information Management;
Basic knowledge of programming, for example in Python, R or SQL;
Strong analytical skills and interest in process optimization;
Curious and eager to learn attitude;
Good communication skills.
