Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development, solutions architecture or similar technical roles, with experience technically leading teams or projects.

We are looking for a Technical Lead Senior to technically lead a technological development and modernization project. The person will be responsible for defining and guiding the technical solution, accompanying the development team in decision-making and working collaboratively with architecture areas and other interested parties.

• Technically lead the team and actively participate in the definition of the solution.
• Design robust, scalable and maintainable architectures, applying modern patterns such as microservices and APIs.
• Participate in development and code review using Java, TypeScript and Python.
• Define good development practices, technical standards and version control strategies using Git.
• Make technical decisions and accompany the team in solving complex challenges.
• Work together with architecture teams and other technical areas.
• Design and implement CI/CD processes.
• Work with infrastructure and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage and administer Linux and Windows environments.
